📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in coordinating and facilitating training sessions.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Conduct research and gather information on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in the administration of the learning and development budget.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in the development and implementation of performance management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, human resources, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
