🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading HR teams and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
