Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and manage IT security measures to protect our systems and data.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.,Provide training and support to new IT staff.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with IT security measures and best practices.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is a plus.
