📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage supplier relationships in China, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals and terms.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities using SAP or similar systems.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform procurement strategies.
• Provide regular reports to management on procurement performance and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 4+ required).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Knowledge of Chinese business culture and practices.
• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
