📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products,Promoting and selling products to customers in a professional and friendly manner,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills,Assisting in store operations and ensuring a clean and organized retail environment,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets,Good knowledge of retail industry and trends,Familiarity with sales software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
