📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Food Fresh Indonesia's facilities in Pandeglang, Banten.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of all operations, adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.,Monitor and report on facility performance, including energy usage, water consumption, and waste management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve facility performance and reduce operational costs.,Train and supervise staff to ensure they are competent and confident in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience with facility management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
