📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and overseeing daily operations and activities in the assigned area.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.,Support the Area Manager in achieving company goals and targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the management or operational field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
