📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
