As a Field Estimator, you will be the backbone of our project management team. Your mission is to ensure accurate and timely estimation of materials, labor, and equipment for our construction projects. You will work closely with our project managers, site supervisors, and engineers to deliver high-quality estimates that meet our clients' expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for construction projects using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure estimates align with actual project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to review and approve estimates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and any potential issues to the project team.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including cost reports and variance analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and ensure all necessary information is included.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to improve estimation accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field estimation and project management.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
