Food Express Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HR practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
