📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
