📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with online sales and order fulfillment.,Participate in store promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and online).,Basic computer skills and proficiency in Indonesian.,Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.
