In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all details are meticulously handled. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and venue arrangements.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.,Assist in setting up and tearing down banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and vendors, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages during the event, if required.,Assist in creating event decorations and displays to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
