In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring goods for our stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of goods and materials for the stores,Maintain and update supplier records and purchase orders,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed,Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and terms,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analyses,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of retail industry and purchasing processes,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English is a plus,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
