Prime Crystal Sentosa is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in various tasks related to procurement, inventory management, and logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the supply chain field to gain valuable industry knowledge and skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.,Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse operations.,Support the logistics team in planning and executing delivery schedules.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis for supply chain performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Maximum age of 28 years old.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain or related role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome).,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
