📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.,Lead and mentor junior network engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Conduct network performance monitoring and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network requirements are met and integrated into overall IT strategy.,Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance network efficiency.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and performance.,Participate in network capacity planning and expansion projects to support business growth.,Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on LAN/WAN, routing, and switching technologies.,Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VPN.,Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.,Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark, PRTG, and Nagios.,Experience with Cisco networking devices and technologies is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
