📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and requirements.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
