📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor production progress and identify any potential bottlenecks or issues.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Work closely with the production team to address any production issues or challenges.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in the semiconductor industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
