📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates for various positions.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.,Schedule interviews and conduct initial screenings.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
