Accor Indonesia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our hotel properties in Seminyak.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on trends.,Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them to improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and culture is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
