📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers.,Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.,Participate in sales promotions and events as required.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of sales processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Good understanding of the construction equipment industry is a plus.
