📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in geotechnical engineering for various projects.
  • Conduct site investigations, laboratory testing, and field monitoring to assess soil and rock conditions.
  • Develop and review geotechnical designs, including foundations, slopes, and retaining structures.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for geotechnical aspects of projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and support their professional development.
  • Stay updated with the latest geotechnical engineering practices, technologies, and industry standards.
  • Participate in project proposal development and bid preparation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Professional engineering license in Indonesia (e.g., PE, PEng, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, methods, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations, standards, and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
