🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality assurance procedures.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving production efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Sulawesi Selatan.
