📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry professionals.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
