📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or laundry industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
