📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for a variety of audiences,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and meets the needs of users,Review and edit technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and other documentation resources,Assist with the creation of training materials and other educational content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools,Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker is a plus
