📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage the payment process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using SAP or similar financial software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP or other financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
