As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost plans, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed-upon costs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate cost plans, schedules, and reports for construction projects.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Analyze and interpret project data to support decision-making.

• Provide administrative support to the quantity surveying team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Basic knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, and project management.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with construction project life cycles and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
