Train and mentor HR staff on the use of HR systems and analytics tools.
Stay updated with the latest HR technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Support the HR team in achieving key performance indicators and business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems and HR analytics.
Proven experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.
Certifications in HR analytics, data visualization, or related fields are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
