📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the university's mission and values.
Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading HR teams and implementing HR strategies.
Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
