📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our PMS system.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations, ensuring a smooth booking process.
• Assist with room assignments and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on special requests.
• Promote our resort’s amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality software, including PMS and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
