📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the hospital's mission and vision.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process for key positions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with organizational goals.
• Represent the hospital at industry events and professional organizations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HR management software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
