📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist patients with their needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their hospital stay
• Provide information and support to patients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Support the medical team by assisting with patient transfers, mobility, and other care tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized patient area, following hospital protocols and standards
• Assist with patient admissions and discharges, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of trust and comfort for patients and their families
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a patient care or support role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
• Good physical fitness and the ability to assist with patient transfers and mobility
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hospital protocols, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus, but not strictly required
• Valid certification or training in patient care or support is a plus, but not strictly required
